AlertasPrecios Creator Challenge — official rules

These rules govern the "AlertasPrecios Creator Challenge" (the "Challenge"), organised by AlertasPrecios (alertasprecios.es). By entering, participants accept these rules in full.
1. Organiser
The Challenge is organised by AlertasPrecios (alertasprecios.es).
2. Territory
The Challenge is open only to entries from: United Kingdom, Ireland, Netherlands, France, Belgium, Switzerland, Luxembourg, Germany, Austria, Portugal and Italy. It is not open in Spain or any Latin American country.
3. Eligibility
To enter you must: be 18 or older; hold an active AlertasPrecios account; have a public TikTok account with between 1,000 and 99,999 followers at the time of entry; and be in good standing with TikTok's own policies.
4. How it works
Publish an organic TikTok video about AlertasPrecios (show off your favorite product purchased thanks to AlertasPrecios — whether it's a size you couldn't find until you used AlertasPrecios, a major price drop you took advantage of, or simply how you use the app in your daily life). The alertasprecios.es website must be clearly visible on screen for at least 5 seconds somewhere in the video, and the product featured must be from one of these stores: Zara, Amazon, Mango, Stradivarius, Bershka or Pull&Bear. If you believe it may reach the minimum of 50,000 views, send it to AlertasPrecios the day after publishing. AlertasPrecios manually reviews each entry on day 7 after publication, checking both the view count and whether engagement (likes, comments) is consistent with it — entries with view counts out of proportion to engagement may be disqualified as inorganic.
5. Reward tiers
- 50,000–99,999 views in 7 days: 5 months of free Premium + €10.
- 100,000–499,999 views in 7 days: 9 months of free Premium + €30.
- 500,000+ views in 7 days: 12 months of free Premium + €100.
6. Monthly cash cap
No more than 8 cash prizes are paid out per calendar month, awarded in the order entries were published and then submitted. Entries that qualify after the 8 cash prizes for that month have been awarded still receive the free Premium reward for their tier and remain eligible for the leaderboard — only the cash portion is capped. The €100 top prize applies to the first 500,000+ entry in each site language; a further 500,000+ entry in the same language that still falls within a given month's 8 cash prizes instead receives €50 + 15 months of free Premium.
7. One prize per creator
A single creator may receive at most one cash prize per calendar month, regardless of how many of their entries qualify.
8. Disclosure
Once an entry is submitted to the Challenge (the day after publication), the participant must add the following tags to the video caption: #AlertaspreciosCreatorChallenge #MicroInfluencersAlertasprecios, for the remainder of the 7-day qualifying period.
9. Payment
Cash prizes are paid via PayPal only. Confirmed winners will be contacted by AlertasPrecios to arrange payment.
10. Leaderboard
AlertasPrecios may publicly feature the best-performing entries for each site language (English, French, German, Portuguese, Italian) on alertasprecios.es while the Challenge runs, including the submitted video and the creator's public profile, subject to the consent given at entry.
11. Disqualification
AlertasPrecios may disqualify any entry showing signs of purchased or inorganic views, engagement inconsistent with view count, content unrelated to genuine use of AlertasPrecios, violation of TikTok's own policies, or duplicate/fake accounts.
12. Taxes
Winners are solely responsible for any tax obligations arising from their prize under the laws of their own country of residence.
13. Content and image rights
By entering, the participant grants AlertasPrecios a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to reproduce, display and promote the submitted video and the participant's public profile on alertasprecios.es and its official social media channels, for as long as reasonably necessary for the Challenge and the publication of its results.
14. Data protection
Personal data submitted to enter the Challenge (name, TikTok handle, and — for confirmed winners only — PayPal email) is processed solely to run and pay out the Challenge, on the basis of the participant's consent given at entry, and is kept only as long as necessary for that purpose. Participants may exercise their data protection rights (access, rectification, erasure) by contacting AlertasPrecios.
15. Changes and cancellation
AlertasPrecios may modify or end the Challenge at any time. The current round runs for a minimum of 1 month, and AlertasPrecios will give at least 5 days' notice before it ends.
16. Governing law
These rules are governed by Spanish law, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rules applicable in the participant's own country of residence.
